- Neighborhood: B, we have some properties in the same neighborhood already, mostly families, but mix with some Section 8 tenants.
- Configuration: Small, but sufficient space for a 3 bedroom house
- Rental range: Nearby properties are renting out between $550 to $650 range, we had a similar sized property updated and rented at above $620 a month.
Special Notes: Basement will needs to be either finished (painting – walls and flooring), or strip out what was partially finished and apply mold remediation, bathroom in basment is an optional, roof looks reasonable.
