We went to check out this property in Garland, it is very spacious, it is in a quiet corner. We like the layout, location, it is not far away from nearby schools and also convenient to shopping locations.

Things that can be improved:

3) Garage needs painting (ceiling and walls)

4) Fences at the backyard is leaning

We went to check out this property – this is an interesting layout, some may like it, some may not like it.

B) Backyard is of triangular shape

C) Suitable for a big family with extended family members or many kids

D) Location is convenient

However, because of the garage conversion – there is no garage, but there is s sizable parking space at back. Despite of the 2 extra rooms, only 2 bathrooms are inside the house.

The house is in a good location, close to school and shopping malls.
